Fitness & Nutrition

I am bound and determined to get healthy and loose this weight that I've gained.  I'm too cheap to buy new clothes, plus I have a BUNCH of clothes that I love that don't fit (right now).  :)  So, my method is portion control, mixed with cleaner eating and exercise.  I believe that it can be done without the use of pills or potions or lotions.  Just good old eating less, moving more and focusing on less processed foods.  :)  So who's with me?  Want to get healthy?  Let's keep each other accountable and do it to it.  I may even get brave and post my before, during and "after" pictures.
